Welcome to Toucan Lamp. By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms.

1. Product information

All Toucan Lamps are handcrafted and may show small variations in color, texture or shape. These differences are part of each lamp's character and are not defects.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by Square and must be received in full before your order is made or shipped. We may cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or insufficient inventory, and will refund any payment in that case.

3. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. See our shipping policy. Once your package has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout, so please double-check your shipping details.

4. Returns and exchanges

Because each lamp is handcrafted, all sales are final. If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange. See our refund policy.

5. Intellectual property

All images, designs and product descriptions on this site belong to Toucan Lamp and may not be used, copied or reproduced without written permission.

6. Liability

Toucan Lamp is not responsible for injuries, damage or losses resulting from misuse or modification of our products. Always use the lamp according to the safety instructions provided.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
