Refund policy

Each Toucan Lamp is individually handcrafted, so every piece is one of a kind. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind or minor variations in appearance.

Your satisfaction still matters to us. If your lamp arrives damaged, defective, or not working properly, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will cover an exchange or replacement at no cost once we verify the issue.

To start an exchange, email birdy@toucanlamp.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a short description of the problem.

3-year LED guarantee

If your lamp's LED light fails within 3 years, we will replace it at no cost.
